A Man Used a Chainsaw to Steal Pokémon Cards
You're supposed to use Poké Balls to catch Pokémon, dude.
A 33-year-old man in Florida named Clayton Warren was arrested after he allegedly broke into a store in the middle of the night last Thursday to steal Pokémon cards . . . using a CHAINSAW.
He was caught on surveillance footage using the chainsaw to cut a triangle into the hurricane-proof front window. He cut himself in the process . . . leaving some blood behind at the scene.
He initially tried to break the window with a rock, but that didn't work, so he apparently grabbed the chainsaw.
Clayton initially got away with about $12,000 worth of cards.
If you're thinking a chainsaw doesn't sound discreet, Clayton wasn't too concerned with that. In addition to the blood, his car and his license plate were also captured on camera. He was charged with burglary and grand theft.
