A positive test for weed counts as a parole violation for Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice. As a result, Rice has been ordered to spend 30 days in jail, and that will see him miss his team’s OTAs and minicamp. Had Rice stuck to the terms of his probation, he would’ve been able to avoid jail after being found guilty of “the third-degree felony of racing and causing bodily injury” for his role in a crash on a Dallas highway that left multiple people injured.

A Man Dancing in the Road with a Rare Turtle Was Arrested on Drug Charges
Usually, when someone is arrested on drug charges, the most illegal thing on them is... drugs.
A man in Indiana was arrested after police say he was found dancing in the road . . . while holding a rare turtle.
The man was holding an Eastern Box Turtle, which is illegal to have. And methamphetamine, which is also illegal to have.
The man was arrested on drug charges and booked into jail. It's unclear if he'll face additional charges for the turtle. Which was unharmed, by the way.
Conservation officers released the turtle "near the area where it was removed," and returned it to its natural habitat. It's unclear why the guy had the turtle, but it sounds like he'd just collected it from the wild.
