McDonald’s Fans Are Convinced That McNuggets Are Shrinking
“Shrinkflation” has been a widely used term over the past few years in the fast-food space, with customers complaining that portions are shrinking despite prices being the same. McDonald’s customers are chiming in, saying that McDonald’s chicken nuggets are guilty for this, as well as complaints about the flavor and texture too.
One Redditor said, “McNuggets thinned to about half the previous width,” with a reply of “I’ve noticed mine keep going back and forth between thin and regular with a mix of both in the same container.” A separate Reddit post said, “The batter is barely seasoned and has a weird aftertaste, the meat is the worst possible quality, there’s no crunch, and worst of all, they are the price of a full sandwich.” A reply to the post said, “They taste like rubber and for the price, they’re terrible.”
All of these complaints are just more evidence that McDonald’s customers continue to be unhappy with the size and price of their food items, and many people are jumping ship to other chains, or to cook their nuggets at home from frozen products available to prepare in an air fryer.

Popeyes Is Launching 2 Brand-New Chicken Sandwiches
Popeyes is well-known for its chicken sandwiches, and they’re introducing two brand-new versions with new Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwiches. The two variations are the regular Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich and the Honey BBQ Bacon + Cheese Chicken Sandwich, which adds those additional flavors.
Popeyes is also bringing back their Chicken Wraps, which were a fan-favorite, and this time they’re staying on the menu permanently. The wraps feature a crispy chicken tender, shredded cheese, and barrel-cured pickles wrapped in a soft buttermilk tortilla.
