James Van Der Beek's "Dawson's Creek" co-star Katie Holmes posted a handwritten tribute to him yesterday.
She said, quote, "James, thank you. To share a space with your imagination is sacred, breathing the same air in the land of make believe and trusting that each other's hearts are safe in their expression.
"These are some of the memories, along with laughter, conversations about life, James Taylor songs, adventures of a unique youth."
She added that she will always be there for James' wife Kimberly and their six children.
Speaking of tributes, Alfonso Ribiero posted a heartbreaking picture of his and James' "last goodbye."
Speaking of heartbreaking, in James' last Instagram video, he talked about taking the winter to "recover", and making his New Year's resolutions in the spring.

On her radio show yesterday, Ashley Roberts from the Pussycat Dolls mistakenly announced the death of Dick Van Dyke.
Van Dyke celebrated his 100th birthday in December, and he's still kickin'.
