Food News: Chex Mix Launches New Sweet & Salty With M&M’s Snack Mix

Chex Mix Launches New Sweet & Salty With M&M’s Snack Mix

There’s a new Chex Mix snack mix featuring sweet-and-salty flavors and M&M’s. It’s appropriately named Chex Mix Sweet & Salty with Milk Chocolate M&M’s, and it’s the first snack mix to be made with real M&M’s instead of generic chocolate pieces.

The new snack mix features sweet milk chocolate M&M’s, crunchy Chex cereal, breadsticks, rye chips, salty peanuts, and pretzels. It’s joining the new Betty Crocker x M&M’s Cookie Mix and Betty Crocker x M&M’s Fudgie Blondie Mix as new additions on store shelves.

The Chex Mix Sweet & Salty with M&M’s comes in eight-ounce and family-sized 13.5-ounce bags and is showing up on shelves now. There’s no word at this time about the new product becoming a permanent item or limited-time only, so grab some while you can if it sounds like a product you may want to try.

A Man Must Eat Nothing But Wendy's Chili for a Month, Thanks to a Bad Golf Bet

Some punishments are worse than others. Being forced to EXCLUSIVELY eat fast food . . . for one month . . . may sound doable at first. But in practice? I guess that depends on your digestive system.

A man named Larry Shea is a so-called "golf bettor," and apparently not a good one. Last week, he guaranteed on social media that pro golfer Scottie Scheffler would NOT win a golf tournament in California.

He posted, "If Scottie Scheffler wins this week I will only eat Wendy's chili for a month. It's not happening folks. ZERO chance."

Well, Scottie won . . . and Larry says he'll hold himself to his word.

In a video update, he admitted he was wrong . . . congratulated Scottie . . . and added, "The only thing I'm going to be eating [until February 25th] for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is Wendy's chili. No cheese, no crackers, just chili."

The pain hasn't set in yet. On day two, he Tweeted, "Breakfast chili is surprisingly underrated." But he did note that he regrets not allowing crackers.

Most people probably wouldn't mind if he included basic toppings, but this guy doesn't seem too fazed . . . yet. He said, "I've been abusing my digestive tract for 50 years now. I got this."
