New Orleans Jazz Festival To Feature Eagles, Stevie Nicks, Black Keys, KOL and More
The famed New Orleans Jazz Festival has booked an impressive lineup of performers for the 2026 event. Headlining the festival: the Eagles and Stevie Nicks. The multi-genre event will also feature performances by Rod Stewart, Kings of Leon, Lainey Wilson, Teddy Swims, Lorde, Jon Batiste, Tyler Childers, David Byrne, The Black Keys, T-Pain, Raye, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Nas, Widespread Panic, Earth Wind & Fire, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, Alabama Shakes, St. Vincent, The Isley Brothers and many others. The event takes place at the Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans over two weekends: Thursday, April 23rd through Sunday, April 26th and Thursday, April 30th through Sunday, May 3rd. Farm Aid Will Give Out $1.3 Million in Grants This Year.
Farm Aid is closing out its 40th anniversary year with another huge boost to the farming community. They just announced they're giving out more than $1.3 million in grants this year to support family farmers all over the country.
Willie Nelson said the groups receiving funding are "the heart of the farm movement". And that their work is especially important now as farmers face similar challenges to the crisis that first sparked Farm Aid.
This year's grants focus on stopping the growth of industrial agriculture and helping farmers dealing with crisis or stress. And a portion of the money will go to scholarship funds for agriculture students.
In the past four decades, Farm Aid has given out more than $32 million.
