Kraft Is Selling Apple Pie-Flavored Mac and Cheese for the Holidays

A lot of people are picky about their mac and cheese . . . especially those who are under the age of 10. And usually, the more basic it is, the better. But THIS might be more divisive among ADULTS.

Kraft is selling APPLE PIE-flavored mac and cheese this holiday season.

Kraft says, "[It's] the comforting taste you love, now with a shockingly delicious savory and sweet pairing. It's packed with cheesy, apple-y, cinnamon-y goodness. Each box includes sauce mix with seasoning, so you just need milk and margarine or butter."  (I like that they admit that it's "shocking.")

You won't see it in stores. It's an online exclusive that's "only available for a limited time." You can buy a single package at Walmart.com for $1.48 . . . or a three-pack for $4.44.

To celebrate the launch, Kraft teamed up with Jason Biggs . . . referencing "American Pie".

The reaction online has been mixed, at best. The comments include:

1. "Is this rage bait? Why are all these brands creating these atrocious flavors that aren't edible during a time like this."

2. "I'm pregnant and into eating weird stuff right now . . . so I'll take one for the team and try it out."

3. "I heard people put cheese on top of their apple pie and swear it tastes amazing. I haven't tried that. But this sounds diabolical. There's no way this [is] gonna taste good."

4. "Either this is really good A.I. . . . or Kraft done lost their damn minds."

5. "I love how they put 'while supplies last' like these aren't going to end up on sale out of desperation to get rid of them."
