Wolfgang Van Halen Shoots Down Future Performances With Sammy Hagar And Michael Anthony

That would be a “no” from Wolfie on getting some of the band back together. Wolfgang Van Halen said in an interview that he will never make an album with Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony, saying his band Mammoth is all he wants to do. Wolfgang confirmed his late father Eddie Van Halen had planned a tour that would have included Anthony and both Hagar and David Lee Roth on vocals, but the tour didn't happen because of Eddie's health problems. Wolfgang and Eddie came up with the idea while in the hospital in 2019, assuming things would get better, but they didn't.
