Burger King’s New “Frankenstein Burger” Features Green Buns And Double The Meat
In a crazy twist to Burger King’s previously announced Halloween menu in the U.S., Burger King Sri Lanka has joined in to offer a “Frankenstein Burger” featuring green buns and double the meat. The burger is described as a monster-sized stack with a green bun, double beef patties, chicken bacon, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
Like many specialty offerings around the world from BK and other fast-food chains, you won’t be able to get this one unless you take a long flight overseas. The Halloween Edition Frankenstein Burger is available now across Sri Lanka only at participating locations.

Lay’s Announces A Big Change To Their Chips
There’s a big change coming to Lay’s Chips for the first time in almost 100 years. It’s a complete inside and out redesign that features a new bag design along with the removal of artificial flavors and colors in the U.S.
PepsiCo, Lay’s parent company, came out with a press release that said Lay’s was “entering a new chapter that celebrates what makes it so beloved: a commitment to quality ingredients and unmatched flavor. And it all starts in the same place – the potato field.” The new bag design honors the 100 North American family farms that provide potatoes for the chips and the release goes on to say “Enhanced photography showcases the quality and flavor of every Lay’s variety, and of course, the red Lay’s ribbon remains a seal of quality linking every bag back to its heritage.”
Lay’s also intends to set “a new standard for the future of food culture” by getting rid of artificial colors and flavors for all of their U.S. products by the end of 2025. Denise Truelove, SVP of Marketing, PepsiCo Foods US said “These updates were shaped directly with our consumers, offering more choice, more transparency, and more joy with every bite. Lay’s continues to set the gold standard in snacking and we’re proud to carry that legacy forward.”

Sonic And Jimmy Fallon Collab With New Bourbon Caramel Iced Coffee
NBC has recently launched a new reality competition series “On Brand with Jimmy Fallon”, and Sonic is collaborating with Jimmy Fallon to offer the new Bourbon Caramel Iced Coffee to celebrate. The new beverage will be available beginning October 20 for Sonic app users, and at nationwide locations on November 3.
The Sonic Bourbon Caramel Iced Coffee features cold brew iced coffee with rich, non-alcoholic bourbon caramel flavor poured over signature Sonic ice, and finished with whipped topping, a caramel drizzle, and a country-inspired miniature cowboy hat garnish.
Jimmy Fallon and Bozoma “Boz” Saint John, On Brand Agency’s Chief Marketing officer, headed up a team of creative contestants to design campaigns for top brands for the new show. The new Sonic Bourbon Caramel Iced Coffee is priced at $3.69 for a medium size.
