Olive Garden Tests Smaller Portions With Lower Prices

Olive Garden is spicing things up with a new “lighter portion” menu, offering smaller versions of seven classic entrées at lower prices, without skimping on the endless breadsticks, soup, or salad. About 40% of locations are testing the option, and so far, diners are loving it, with higher affordability scores and satisfaction. The experiment has even boosted sales and traffic, proving that sometimes less really is more. Don’t worry though because full-size portions are here to stay, so fans can still go big if they want!

Wendy’s Brings Back Frosty Frights Kids Meal With 12 New Toys

Just in time for Halloween, Wendy’s is bringing back its spooky-cute Frosty Frights Kids’ Meals, complete with 12 new collectible toys starring frosty-inspired characters like Captain Coldsnap and Purrrma Frost. Kids can pick from nuggets, burgers, fries or apple bites, and a drink, all paired with the toy fun. Sadly, Wendy’s beloved Boo! Bags aren’t returning this year, but Boo! Books are and purchases of them will support the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
