Hulk Hogan's ex-wife Linda slammed the Television Academy for leaving him out of the "In Memoriam" segment at the Emmys. She thinks it was intentional because of his support of President Trump.
Quote, "I can't prove that. It's just a guess, but they should have named him!! WWF at the top of the hour when he came on to wrestle . . . [Hulk] had the highest ratings on NBC, beating all other competition for that time slot for years!
"I really can't tell you why they left him out . . . just a guess considering the way he was treated at his last appearance in L.A."
Hulk's name does appear in the online version of the segment, which is just a scroll of names.
Other stars who were left out include "King of the Hill" voice actor Jonathan Joss, Danielle Spencer from "What's Happening!!", Jerry Adler from "The Sopranos", and Polly Holliday from "Alice".
Gene Hackman, Val Kilmer, and Tony Todd were also left out, but it's probably because they're known for movies.
