So, Friday night, I tried another one of these viral recipes that I keep seeing online: Chicken Crust Pizza.

It's pretty easy to make. 1 lb of ground chicken, Parmigiana cheese, egg, spices. Cook at 400 degrees for a bit, then add your pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Put it back in the oven for 5 minutes, and BAM!

 I liked it. No one in my house felt the same.

Saturday night, I went to the Offspring, New Found Glory, and Jimmy Eat World Show. AWESOME!!!

This is the bass player from New Found Glory. Thought his OILERS Bass was cool. Wonder what his Houston connection is? The bass was not mentioned during the set.

The Offspring were AMAZING as always. Hit After Hit! Here is a look at the stage with the 2 huge inflatable skulls on either side.

Here is a video I shot of them doing a tribute to Ozzy during their set. No big deal. The Offspring official IG account "liked" it and commented.
