53-year-old Sacha Baron Cohen put his abs on full display for "Men's Fitness UK". The full article comes out tomorrow, but for now we got a tease of his new oiled-up physique.
Sacha's transformation isn't too much of a shock considering he just made his Marvel debut as the supervillain Mephisto on the series "Ironheart". And Marvel boss Kevin Feige confirmed we'll be seeing more of the character.
Sacha shared photos and joked, quote, "This is not AI, I really am egotistical enough to do this . . . Some celebs use Ozempic, some use private chefs, others use personal trainers. I did all three."
He also added that he was "hard launching [his] mid-life crisis" and that he's a, quote, "middle aged man who replaced beer with protein shakes."
