Coca-Cola Has Six New Flavors To Coincide With Summer Movie Releases

Coca-Cola is releasing six new flavors this summer to coincide with some of this summer’s major movie releases. The most popular movies already released include “Lilo & Stich”, “Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning”, and “Karate Kid: Legends” with “How To Train Your Dragon” and “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” hot on their heels, and Coca-Cola is aligning with them with new flavors. 

Here are the six new offerings from Coca-Cola: 

  • Isle Of Berk Brew Soda – a mix of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Lime and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Peach with a twist of orange to honor “How To Train Your Dragon” exclusively at Coca-Cola Freestyle Machines at AMC Theaters through the end of June. 
  • Night Fury Fire Soda – a bland of orange-vanilla Barq’s Crème Soda and Seagram’s Orange to also honor “How To Train Your Dragon” exclusively at Coca-Cola Freestyle Machines at AMC Theaters also through the end of June. 

These four new flavors all are honoring “The Fantastic Four: First Steps: that hits theaters on July 25: 

  • The Thing’s Orange Rock Punch Fanta – featuring flavors of pineapple, orange, and peach and available exclusively at Coca-Cola Freestyle machines at AMC Theaters from July 3 through August 28. 
  • Fantastic-inspired Barq’s Stretch Blend – a mixture of root beer and orange soda available exclusively at Coca-Cola Freestyle machines at AMC Theaters from July 3 through August 28. 
  • Invisible Woman’s Invisible Force Fizz Sprite -combines vanilla and lemon lime flavors available exclusively at Coca-Cola Freestyle machines at AMC Theaters from July 3 through August 28. 
  • Human Torch-inspired Seagram’s Ginger Cherry Blaze – ginger and cherry flavors available exclusively at Coca-Cola Freestyle machines at AMC Theaters from July 3 through August 28. 

Coca-Cola and movie fans have a lot to look forward to with these summer movie and beverage releases!

Wendy’s Introduces Their Square Burger Patties In Select Kroger And King Sooper Locations

We told you about Wendy’s bringing extra-thick cut bacon to grocery stores earlier this month and now Wendy’s is offering their iconic square burger patties at select Kroger and King Sooper locations. This way, fans can make their own Baconators at home. 

The patties were spotted in Colorado, Kentucky, and Ohio and they’re being promoted as “restaurant-inspired, fresh, never frozen” burger patties. It’s part of a test that aims to find out how big of a demand for the Wendy’s products have outside of their restaurants. 

Reviews are mixed so far, with some fans being excited about making homemade Baconators and others expressing skepticism. Either way, if you’re in an area with Kroger or King Sooper stores, you may want to be on the lookout for the new Wendy’s patties.
