I would take this with a grain of salt, but Roseanne claims she was asked to guest star on "The Conners" . . . as a GHOST.
As you probably recall, "The Conners" started off as a revival of "Roseanne", but after one season, ABC fired its star over an allegedly racists Tweet. Then they changed the name, and killed her character off via drug overdose.
Well, in a new documentary called "Roseanne is America", Roseanne says, quote, "They called me and asked me if I would like to come back as a guest star.
"You're asking me to come back to the show that you [effing] stole from me and killed my ass, and now you want me to show up because you got [crappy effing] ratings and play a ghost."
She says she told them, quote, "I'm gonna be bowling that [effing] week."
