A new report reveals the best and worst grocery store chains in the U.S. based on customer satisfaction.
The favorite overall is Trader Joe’s, with Publix close behind, followed by WinCo.
King Soopers, a chain in Colorado and Wyoming, is the worst-rated supermarket in the study, with Walmart in second.
They analyzed more than 7-million Google reviews of 3-thousand individual grocery stores in 100 cities to find out which ones get high scores for customer service, food, quality, prices, and speed of checkout lines.
