Music News: Halsey Announces New Song With Amy Lee of Evanescence

Halsey Announces New Song With Amy Lee of Evanescence

Halsey has announced they’ve got a new single coming out, and they’re putting it out with the help of Amy Lee of Evanescence. The singer has confirmed their next single, “Hand That Feeds,” drops this Friday. It's being released for the upcoming film “Ballerina,” the “John Wick” spinoff that stars Ana de Armas. Halsey has been a documented fan of Evanescence since they were a kid. While promoting their album “The Great Impersonator” last year, Halsey even dressed up as Lee while cosplaying as 18 of their musical heroes…and called Lee the “OG dark rock queen.”

Wolfgang Van Halen Used His Dad's Guitar on His New Single, and the Video is a Take on "From Dusk Till Dawn"

Mammoth released a new single yesterday called "The End", and Wolfgang Van Halen says he used his dad's famous "Frankenstrat" guitar to record parts of it.

But the coolest thing is the video, which is a mini-remake of the 1996 vampire flick "From Dusk Till Dawn". And they're both directed by the same guy, Robert Rodriguez.

The video was co-directed by Greg Nicotero, who also did makeup effects, just like he did on the movie.

It also includes cameos from Slash, Wolfie's mom Valerie Bertinelli, and one of the stars of the movie, Danny Trejo.

And there are fun nods to Michael Jackson's "Thriller" at the beginning and the end.

And then had to tell her to, quote, "shut the [eff] up", when she interrupted his cover of The Kinks' "Days", to tell him that the song isn't as good as "Pinball Wizard".

Roger also told the fan, quote, "I can't play 'Pinball Wizard'. I'm the world's worst pinball player you've ever seen in your life. I don't want to do it, 'cause I just don't want to do it . . .
