A Lady's Meth-Smoking Raccoon Got Her Busted for Drugs

When cops have to confirm someone's arrest report isn't a joke, you know it's gonna be a good one . . .

55-year-old Victoria Vidal got pulled over near Akron, Ohio on Monday for an outstanding warrant. She was also driving on a suspended license. But none of that matters.

It's in the news because one of the passengers in her car was a pet RACCOON. And she got busted for drugs after the raccoon pulled out a METH PIPE and tried to SMOKE it.

The cop couldn't stop laughing, and his chest cam got it all on video. He was arresting Victoria when he looked back at the car and saw the raccoon . . . named Chewy . . . sitting in the driver's seat, holding the pipe up to its mouth.

One report said the cop took the first meth pipe away . . . so Chewy grabbed a SECOND pipe and tried to smoke THAT ONE instead.

Victoria might have just been in trouble for the warrant. But police said seeing the raccoon with the pipe led them to "further inspect the vehicle."

They ended up finding three pipes, a small amount of crack, and seven grams of meth. So she's facing charges for felony drug possession.

Chewy is fine, by the way. Police said they were checking to see if Victoria had the proper permits to legally own a raccoon.

A Woman Is in Court, Accused of . . . Feeding Her Neighbor's Cat?

If they re-open Alcatraz, it could house the world's most DERANGED CRIMINALS . . . like old people who feed their neighbor's cats.

A 68-year-old woman in Switzerland was in court yesterday, accused of repeatedly feeding "Leo" . . . her neighbor's cat . . . over a 10-month period.

The woman lives in the same building as Leo . . . and she hasn't JUST been feeding Leo, she has let him into her apartment, and she even added a cat flap to her door so that Leo could come and go as he pleases.

Leo's owner was not cool with this, and things escalated over those 10 months. Naturally, the biggest issue was that Leo liked his new digs and never wanted to go home.

Under Swiss law, cats are "other people's property," and systematic feeding and giving a home to another person's cat is considered "unlawful appropriation."

The woman is facing several fines, which have exceeded $5,000.
