Krispy Kreme is making everyone’s week a little sweeter by handing out free Original Glazed doughnuts this Wednesday (May 7th) with no purchase, no ID, and no catch! The drop is meant to help ease the stress about the looming Real ID deadline, which will require all U.S. travelers to have a REAL ID compliant identification to board domestic flights and get into some federal facilities starting this week. To grab your free doughnut, pop into any participating Krispy Kreme location and snag one on the house. It’s their way of giving a little hug to the masses (and let’s be honest, who’s saying no to free doughnuts?). Even if you’re already squared away with your ID, you still get the treat, so win-win!

There's a "secret menu item" at McDonald's . . . but before you get TOO excited, it isn't for everyone. It's a "COTTON CANDY SPRITE."
You might not be able to order it by that name . . . but it's easy: Just order a Sprite, and ask them to add three pumps of French vanilla syrup.
Pretty much everyone who tries it says it DOES taste like cotton candy. It also sounds ridiculously sweet, if you're okay with that.
This "hack" has been floating around TikTok and social media for a little while . . . but now some big websites are covering it, so it's going viral.
And like a lot of custom stuff like this, you'll have to order it in-person, because there isn't an option to do it online or through the app.
