A Study Found Self-Lovin' Before Bed Helps You Sleep Better

Do you have trouble sleeping, or wake up in the middle of the night a lot? You could try exercising, or buying a new pillow . . . or this.

 

 

A study in Australia found engaging in a little SEXY TIME before bed can help you sleep better. It can involve a partner, or not.

 

 

Researchers gave couples sleep trackers to monitor how long it took them to fall asleep, and how often their sleep was interrupted.

 

 

When they engaged in sexual activity right before bed, they fell asleep faster and were less likely to wake up in the middle of the night.

 

 

They think it's because it floods your brain with endorphins and hormones like oxytocin, which tends to lower feelings of anxiety.

 

 

Men AND women slept better when they got a little action before bed, even if it was solo action. 

 

 

But the ones who saw the biggest benefits were actually the women.
