In a Hollywood where anything that was ever successful is prime for a reboot, it's curious that "Desperate Housewives" has not yet been considered for a second take.
While series creator Marc Cherry has admitted he's thought about a prequel series for the hit show, the popular prime time drama, that premiered in 2004 and ran for eight seasons, remains a fond memory for fans...and that includes series star Eva Longoria.
In an interview with "Stellar" magazine, the actress admits that if a reboot does happen, she wants in.
"I would be the first person" to sign on for a reboot, she says. "I love that when I’m anywhere in the world, people go: 'Gabby!'" I actually take a lot of pride in that."
