*LIST* The Least Healthy Fast Food Orders
You can count on fast food chains for quick and easy meals, but they’re not known for healthy, nutritious meals. Sure, some have salads and other healthy options on the menu, but that’s not what most folks are ordering at the drive-thru. But if you’re trying to be more health-conscious, there are some items you should steer clear of because they’re loaded with calories, fat, carbs and sodium.
According to a new ranking of the unhealthiest fast food menu items from Eat This, Not That, these are the ones to avoid.
5) Burger King: Bacon King - The six slices of bacon, two patties, American cheese, ketchup and mayo between those buns add up to 12-hundred calories, 2270 milligrams of sodium and 81 grams of total fat.
4) Wendy’s: Big Bacon Classic Triple - This monster burger stacks three quarter-pound patties on top of each other, along with applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, ketchup and mayonnaise, for a total of 86 grams of fat and 36 grams of saturated fat. That’s 163% of the recommended daily allowance of around 20 grams of saturated fat!
3) Popeyes: Signature Hot Bone-In Wings or Louisiana Garlic Bone-In Wings - Just six of these wings in either sauce contain 12-hundred calories, but even worse? The fat content! There are 94 grams of fat in 6 of the Signature Hot Wings and 98 grams of fat in the buttery Louisiana Garlic Wings. And that’s not even counting the ranch lots of people dip them in.
2) McDonald’s: Big Breakfast with Hotcakes - Unless you want to start your day with 158 carbs, 63 grams of fat and 2,070 milligrams of sodium, you may want to order a different breakfast.
1) Dairy Queen: Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Basket - These six chicken fingers and fries are the least healthy fast food option around thanks to the 61 grams of fat, 186 grams of carbs and the shocking 3,570 milligrams of sodium.
