Wes Scantlin Says He Was Roofied by Puddle of Mudd's Former Bassist
It's a story as old as time: Puddle of Mudd played a show on Saturday, and Wes Scantlin was an absolute DISASTER onstage.
The show was at the Broken Spoke Saloon, as part of Daytona Bike Week, and the band even raised $5,000 for cancer research by auctioning off a guitar.
But Scantlin was AWFUL. He had an excuse, though: He was ROOFIED.
On Sunday, a fan asked Wes what happened, and he said, quote, "I suck, I suck and I suck . . . but I was roofied. My old bass player Sean Sammon roofied me last night."
Sammon played with Puddle of Mudd from 1992 to 2002, during their pre-fame days.

Hall Says He Will Never Play with Oates Again
Hall & Oates can't be done forever. They'll patch things up sooner or later, right? It doesn't sound like it.
Daryl Hall was asked if he'd ever reunite with John Oates, and he said, quote, "That ship has gone to the bottom of the ocean. I've had a lot of surprises in my life, disappointments, betrayals, so I'm kind of used to it."
Hall also went for the jugular, saying he wrote most of their songs. Quote, "The songs with his lead vocal are the songs he wrote, and all the other ones, which is about 90 percent, are the ones I wrote."
Hall is 78, and Oates is 76 . . . so when they say they're never, ever, ever getting back together, which they BOTH have, there's a good chance that's how it goes down.

Jelly Roll Jokes That If He Loses Any More Weight, People Are Going to Think He's Post Malone
Are you planning on seeing Jelly Roll when he goes on tour this summer with Post Malone?
First, they have the Big [Butt] Stadium Tour that'll hit up major venues across North America all summer. And then after that, they're headed on the Big [Butt] World Tour with 18 international dates.
Jelly sat down for an interview with "CMT" and talked about how excited he is for the huge tour. And he also wondered if people might confuse him for Posty, especially if he kept losing a bunch of weight.
He said, "I'm wondering if I could lose more weight and when I get to Italy, if they're going to mistake me for Post Malone. You know what I mean? If I get skinny enough that they just see face tattoos. They'll be like, 'Post! Post!'"
Once again, Jelly proves that he's the best.
But it got me thinking . . . Should they have invited Teddy Swims along for this tour, too? It could have been the Big [Butt] FACE TAT Tour.
