If you bite into a Twix bar that has spent YEARS hidden in the pocket of a Halloween costume . . . you might hurt your teeth. But that's nothing like biting into an actual GOLD BAR.
Twix has announced a contest that's running during the Super Bowl, where they want you to go to Twix.com on your phone during every commercial break . . . and compete in a STARING CONTEST.
The screen will have two gold bars on it, with an eye on each one, which apparently belong to the hip-hop duo the Ying Yang Twins.
They'll keep track of how long you stare . . . and how many ad breaks you participate. The higher your score, the more contest entries you receive, and at the end, one winner will receive two ACTUAL gold bars, worth about $170K.
What a DEVIOUS campaign. They're actually tricking people into spending the entire Super Bowl literally staring at THEIR ad . . . so they can't really see the others. Now, THIS is pretty good.
