FireAid Benefit Concert Is Tonight:
This week, on January 30th, some of music's biggest stars are coming together to help raise funds for relief in the wake of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires during FireAid.
Taking place in two locations — the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum — the FireAid Benefit concert aims to help rebuild the communities that have been affected by the wildfires. According to the FireAid website, "Contributions made to FireAid in connection with the FireAid benefit concert and other direct donations will be distributed under the advisement of the Annenberg Foundation and will be distributed for short-term relief efforts and long-term initiatives to prevent future fire disasters throughout Southern California."
Performing at the Intuit Dome are Billie Eilish, Earth, Wind & Fire, Gracie Abrams, Jelly Roll, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Baby, Olivia Rodrigo, Peso Pluma, Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Sting and Tate McRae. And taking the stage at the Kia Forum are Alanis Morissette, Anderson .Paak, Dave Matthews & John Mayer, Dawes, Graham Nash, Green Day, John Fogerty, Joni Mitchell, No Doubt, P!NK, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stephen Stills, Stevie Nicks and The Black Crowes.
Donations can be made on the FireAid website.
As the national audio partner to FireAid, iHeartRadio will be streaming the benefit concert live across more than 860 radio stations nationwide, its digital platforms and on the free iHeartRadio app. The show can also be streamed on platforms including Netflix/Tudom, Paramount+, YouTube and more.
94.5 The Buzz will broadcast. It starts at 9 pm, runs until 4 am, and is commercial-free. They are looking for donations, so there will be a lot of talk about telling listeners how to make donations.

Post Malone's Weight Loss Secret Is . . . Hot Sauce?

And the answer might be a lot simpler than you think. It's hot sauce. Posty was on the "Howard Stern Show" last year talking about it.
The most impressive part is that he didn't use Ozempic or any other weight-loss drugs. He just stopped eating a lot of fried foods . . . he switched to grilled chicken . . . and then started putting hot sauce on everything.
He had no idea that hot sauce has ZERO calories. So, once he found that out, it was off to the races. And he has said that, since then, he's never felt healthier.
Except I also put hot sauce on everything, and I'm not losing any weight. What's up with that?
