Blink-182 To Hold Wildfire Benefit Concert

Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker are doing their part for victims of the Los Angeles wildfires. Blink-182 has announced a one-night-only benefit show at the Hollywood Palladium, with 100-percent of proceeds from ticket sales going to the Pasadena Humane Society, California Fire Department, LAFD Foundation, and ARC Firefighter Fund. Tickets are on sale now, and are using Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange tool to protect the prices set by Blink-182.

New Anthrax Album Coming This Fall

Now this is how you promote a new bass guitar. At the NAMM convention in Anaheim, California over the weekend, Anthrax bassist Frank Bello talked about his new signature Spector bass, and said it’s going to be seen by a lot of people. Bello said, “We have a new Anthrax record, and it’s been about eight years.” He went on to say, “This bass will be shown everywhere we go. We’re gonna start touring.” He said the new album is “supposed to come out September, October, so big touring plans.”
