Timothée Chalamet will host "Saturday Night Live" on January 25th, with musical guest . . . Timothée Chalamet.
Only 41 people in the show's 50-year history have ever hosted and been their own musical guest. And until now, only a handful weren't primarily singers.
Those include Lily Tomlin in 1975 and 1983 . . . Desi Arnaz in 1976 and . . . Gary Busey in 1979.
Of course, Chalamet has been getting rave reviews for his singing in the Bob Dylan biopic "A Complete Unknown". He's also nominated for an Oscar. But there's no word if he's singing Dylan on "SNL".
A week before Timothée takes the stage, Dave Chappelle will host, with musical guest GloRilla.
