Hate Mornings? Try "Slithering" Out of Bed
Hate waking up? Here's a ridiculous hack: Self-help guru Mel Robbins is going viral after telling people to try "slithering" out of bed. She did it for six weeks, and claims it's life-changing for people who wake up with a sense of dread.
The name sums it up pretty well, but she posted a video of exactly how to do it. Slowly slide out of bed and onto the floor . . . lie there for a few minutes if you need to . . . then literally CRAWL to the bathroom. She claims you'll feel much better about your day by the time you get there and stand up.
Some people say it's worked for them, and others think it's just new-age nonsense. The best comment was someone who said they tried to do it . . . but woke up on the floor two hours later.

Ken says she was a selfless person, who would have done anything for her five kids. He likes to say she gave him life twice . . . once when he was born, and again with the kidney.
He went on to college, got married, and started a family of his own. Donating her kidney never affected Doris' health. She lived to 88 and passed away in 2012. Monday would have been her 100th birthday.
