Weezer Marks 30th Anniversary Of Debut Album With Retro Arcade Game
If Rivers Cuomo and the Weezer gang have a style, it should probably be called “Wait…What?” To celebrate the 30th anniversary of their debut album, the band has built an arcade game called “Weezer’s Sweater Saga.” This isn’t a phone game, either; it’s a traditional stand-up arcade game, and they have it available for fans to play. The game is at Brooklyn Projects in Los Angeles, a shop just down the street from the house where the band lived when they wrote that first album.
