Starbucks Debuts New “Wicked”-Inspired Drinks Today
Ahead of next month’s release of the musical “Wicked” starring Ariana Grande as Glinda the Good Witch and Cynthia Erivo as the Wicked Witch of the West, Starbucks is releasing a pair of drinks inspired by the movie available starting today (Tuesday, October 22nd). Confirming rumors from earlier this month, Glinda’s Pink Potion features a fruity pink combination of dragonfruit and coconut milk and Elphaba’s Cold Brew is a peppermint cold brew with green-hued, matcha-flavored cold foam. Alongside these beverages, themed merchandise like mugs, tumblers, and gift cards will also be available. Starbucks is just the latest brand to jump on the “Wicked” bandwagon following Walmart and Target introducing products inspired by the movie.
