If You're Feeling Stressed, You Should Eat More Pumpkin Seeds?
Some registered dieticians recently broke down a list of foods that may be able to help when you're feeling stressed. And one of them is particularly timely . . .
1. Pumpkin seeds. They're high in magnesium, which may help regulate neurotransmitters in the brain that help calm you down.
2. Tuna and salmon. Tuna is high in vitamins B6 and B12, both of which can play important roles in regulating our mood. And salmon is high in omega-3s, which have also been shown to reduce inflammation and increase serotonin.
3. Orange juice. OJ is high in nutrients like vitamin C and may help with chronic inflammation. But you'll want to find 100% orange juice with no added sugar.
There are also a couple things you should try to stay away from when you're feeling stressed: Cookies, cakes, ice cream, and sugary cereals can all increase feelings of stress and anxiety . . . and so can CAFFEINE.

Skittles Introduces Pop’d Freeze Dried Candy
Skittles has introduced a new take on candy with their Skittles Sour Pop’d Freeze Dried Candy. The new candy from the Mars Wrigley brand is available in Original and Sour flavors.
Freeze-dried candy has a unique texture as the candies have “popped’ into a shell. There’s a chewy center that gives a light, airy feel in your mouth. It’s a fairly new concept that has been touted by food brands and social media accounts like The Candy Closet from Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars and Skittles also showcased the candy at Disney food festivals in the past.
The new Skittles Pop’d Freeze Dried Candy will go on sale October 21 exclusively on the Mars Wrigley TikTok shop and will arrive in select retail stores this fall with a larger rollout in 2025.
