We're all unique individuals. But some of us more than others.
Doctors in the U.K. announced the second ever recorded case of "triphallia." That's when a man has not one . . . not two . . . but THREE units below the belt.
They only found out about it after the guy died. He was 78 and donated his body to science, but NOT because of the triple-wiener thing.
Only one of them was normal. The other two were internal. You couldn't actually see them, and they weren't functional. So it's possible he never even knew.
They do think the two extra appendages may have caused issues though, like UTIs and erectile dysfunction. So, it's possible NONE of his three units worked.
Even "diphallia" is rare. That's when you have two units. There have only been around 100 recorded cases of it worldwide.
