Wendy’s has a Frosty flavor in the UK that Americans want yesterday. The new Frozen Hot Chocolate Frosty dropped across the pond this week. Many commenters took to the brand’s post announcing the flavor and shared comments like "Other countries get the good flavors, and the US gets orange cream.” Someone pointed out that the U.S. "basically already has this," only at Dunkin…not Wendy's…but it's just a frozen hot chocolate with a fudgy swirl and whipped cream, but without mini marshmallows.
