Some parents love to go trick-or-treating with their kids. Some love to stay back at home, and hand out candy.
But what if you're torn, because you want to do BOTH?
There's a solution online that's going viral called the "Trick-or-Treatable Costume." The worst part is: You have to make it.
It's a costume that turns YOU into a Halloween candy bowl . . . so you can walk around with your kids AND be a mobile candy dispenser along the way.
There are instructions online for how you can make it. Basically you find some kind of big beverage bucket or plastic kiddie pool or something and cut a hole in the bottom, big enough so that you can stand inside of it.
Spray paint it with the color and design you want for your human candy dish.
Then you attach shoulder straps so you can pull up the "bowl" like suspenders. And you cover the inside with bubble wrap, so that it closes all the gaps comfortably, and the candy doesn't slip out the bottom as you walk.
The bubble wrap also keeps the candy away from rubbing up against YOU.
