Is Morgan Wallen Going to Jail?
It's hard to tell how trustworthy this "source" is, but according to "Life and Style" magazine, Morgan Wallen is preparing to go to jail for 30 to 60 days based on the "chair-throw heard round the world."
In case you need a refresher, Morgan allegedly threw a chair off of a rooftop bar in downtown Nashville, and it fell over 60 feet and almost landed on two nearby police officers. And now he's facing felony and misdemeanor charges.
The hearing has been postponed to December, but it's not looking good for Morgan. His lawyers tried to get him a slap on the wrist back in April, but prosecutors rejected that.
This source says, quote, "Morgan is being told the best scenario is a 30- to 60-day sentence . . . I don't think the prosecutors want him to skate away with no time . . . people will think it's because of his celebrity status."
And if the felonies were to stick, it could cause havoc on his future tour schedule without being able to travel internationally.

A Lady Got Arrested for Her Second Sex Toy-Related Fight in Two Years
Repeat offenders are rarely this literal about it . . .
A 35-year-old woman in Florida named Chelsea White just got arrested after getting into a fight over a sex toy AGAIN. She got busted for the exact same thing less than two years ago.
Back in late 2022, she got into it with her boyfriend after he caught her trying to leave with a sex toy HE rightfully owned. She kicked and bit him, and cops arrested her for domestic battery.
This time, she was hanging out with the same guy around 11:00 P.M. when he realized she'd snuck a GLASS sex toy he owned into her backpack.
According to police, he was rifling through the backpack when she grabbed him by the neck and tried to wrestle him to the ground.
They tussled for a few minutes. Then she grabbed the toy and THREW it at him, but missed. It hit a door behind him and woke up their kid in the other room. Yes, they have a child together.
While cops were questioning the guy, he mentioned that Chelsea "was arrested in the past for a similar incident." They found her walking down a highway at 3:00 A.M. and arrested her for domestic battery. She's due in court October 4th.
After the first incident, she got a year of probation and had to complete a "batterers' intervention program." But it sounds like whatever she learned in that class didn't stick.
It's not clear if the same sex toy was involved in both incidents, or if this was a new one.
