And Kroy Biermann's Georgia home's still on Zillow, so they've lowered the price again. They dropped it by $250,000, just two months after they had already dropped it by $300,000. They had also dropped the price by $500,000 in December and another million in January. Since they first listed it, the price of the house has dropped by over $2 million total. It's now listed for $3.95 million. In case you forgot, the two had reached an agreement with the bank to avoid foreclosure - the bank gave them 90 days, which runs out on August 26. If they can't sell it by then, foreclosure can no longer be avoided, and the bank will sell the house.
