- Retailers are ranked based on surveys from more than 7-thousand shoppers across the country, who rate them on how likely they are to recommend the retailer, prices, selection, customer service, accessibility and atmosphere.
- The chain that wins for best grocery store isn’t a huge national company, it’s one that’s only found in certain parts of the country: Great Wall Supermarket.
- The Asian American store currently has 22 stores in New York, Massachusetts, California, Texas, Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
- Great Wall Supermarket may be small compared to other chains, but it scores 92.69 points, and its win is even more impressive considering it wasn’t even in the 2023 ranking.
