Shake Shack Brings Back Summer BBQ Menu

Summer is almost upon us and Shake Shack has announced the return of its fan-favorite Summer BBQ menu. It’s available now for Shake Shack app users, and beginning May 2 for all customers. Here’s a rundown of all of the items on the Summer BBQ Menu.

Smoky Classic BBQ Burger: a 100% Angus beef patty topped with melted American cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, crispy onions, pickles, and smoky BBQ sauce, served on a toasted potato bun.
Carolina BBQ Burger with Fried Pickles: a 100% Angus beef patty topped with melted pepper jack cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, fried pickles, and tangy Carolina-style BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun.
Smoky Classic BBQ Chicken Sandwich: a crispy white-meat chicken breast patty topped with melted American cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, crispy onions, pickles, and classic smoky BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun.
Carolina BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Fried Pickles: a crispy white-meat chicken breast patty topped with melted pepper jack cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, fried pickles, and tangy, sweet Carolina-style BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun.
Spicy Fries – crispy, crinkle-cut fries seasoned with Shake Shack’s hot pepper blend of cayenne, paprika, and garlic, served with a side of Shake Ranch for dipping.
Spicy Cheese Fries – crispy, crinkle-cut fries covered with Shake Shack’s cheese sauce and spiced with a hot pepper blend of cayenne, paprika, and garlic, served with a side of Shake Ranch.

Prices for the BBQ sandwiches and burgers start at $8.99 and the Spicy Fries have a suggested starting price of $3.99. There are also some summer-inspired shakes on the Summer BBQ menu including:

Oreo Cookie Funnel Cake Shake – vanilla frozen custard blended with funnel cake crunch and Oreo cookies, topped with whipped cream and Oreo cookie crumbs.
Banana Pudding Shake – banana pudding-flavored banana custard made with real bananas, had-spun with vanilla wafer cookies, and topped with whipped cream and vanilla wafer cookie crumbs.
Campfire S’Mores Shake – vanilla frozen custard blended with chocolate, graham crackers, and toasted marshmallow fudge chunks, topped with whipped cream and S’mores crumbles.

The Shake Shack Summer BBQ Menu for 2025 is available at participating locations nationwide for a limited time.
