Season 2 of HBO's The White Lotus just wrapped up and people seem to be even more obsessed with these Sicily chapters than they were with the super-buzzworthy 2021 episodes set at the fictional luxury resort chain's Hawaii property.
People are ready for more and HBO is planning to make it happen. The series was recently renewed for a third season. No word yet on any new or returning cast.
These first two seasons have been packed with beautiful actors (both male and female) giving great performances. As we like to do, let's take a closer look at some of the ladies who make the show so compelling.
Aubrey Plaza
Best known for her long run on NBC's Parks and Recreation, you may also know Plaza from her work in Dirty Grandpa, Legion, and a recurring role on Criminal Minds. She plays Harper Spiller in Season 2.
Meghann Fahy
Before she caught everyone's attention this season as Daphne Sullivan, you may have seen Meghann Fahy in The Bold Type, Miss Sloane, or popping up in smaller roles on episodes of Law & Order: SVU, Blue Bloods, and more.
Haley Lu Richardson
27-year-old American actress Haley Lu Richardson had major roles in the teen romantic drama Five Feet Apart, the coming of age dramedy The Edge of Seventeen, sci-fi drama After Yang, and more. She plays put-upon Gen-Z personal assistant Portia in the second season of The White Lotus.
Simona Tabasco
Italian actress Simona Tabasco plays Lucia, a local sex worker who drags her reluctant friend Mia along to meet a client, in Season 2.
Beatrice Grannò
Lucia's friend Mia is played by Italian musician/actress Beatrice Grannò. She's known, according to IMDB, for her work in Wonder When You'll Miss Me and The Time of Indifference.
Jennifer Coolidge
Tanya McQuoid is the main character carried over from Season 1 to Season 2. Coolidge plays a lonely, super-rich woman grieving the loss of her mother. She finds love in the first season and is dealing with a rocky marriage in the second. You know her as the original MILF, Stifler's Mom, from American Pie.
Alexandra Daddario
Season 1 standout Alexandra Daddario played newlywed Rachel Patton. You know her from Baywatch, True Detective, and San Andreas.
Connie Britton
The Mossbacher family were the nexus point of several Season 1 storylines. Connie Britton played Nicole Mossbacher, a wife and mother, a high-powered tech company CFO.
Brittany O'Grady
In Season 1, the Mossbacher family brought along daughter Olivia's college friend Paula (Brittany O'Grady) on their trip. O'Grady is known for her work on Little Voice, Star, and Black Christmas.
Sydney Sweeney
We've been building to this one. The show's first season featured current Hollywood "it girl" Sydney Sweeney as Olivia. She was hot at the time, but she's an even bigger deal now. The young actress is still mostly known for Euphoria and The White Lotus, but she has big things in the works. Sweeney is one of the leads in an upcoming Spider-Man spinoff called Madame Web and will be producing and starring in a remake of the 1968 sexy sci-fi adventure Barbarella.
