Foo Fighters & Rage Against the Machine to Headline Festival In 2022

Memorial Day Weekend would typically mark "Boston Calling" music festival's happening. But in 2020 and 2021, that did not happen due to the pandemic. However, "Boston Calling" has announced its headliners for when the festival returns Memorial Day Weekend 2022 -- Foo Fighters and Rage Against the Machine. 

Both bands were scheduled to be headlines at the 2020 festival prior to its cancellation.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards Return Tonight!

The iHeartRadio Music Awards are going down tonight, with some of your favorite artists expected to turn out for the festivities. The star-studded evening will be hosted by Usher, who will not only perform but will have his own “Club Ush” nightclub built into the side of the stage, where he’ll host and jam with other artists.

When it comes to rock and alternative, Billie Eilish, twenty-one pilots, and The Pretty Reckless lead the nominations. Billie, twenty-one pilots, and rock newcomer Machine Gun Kelly are all up for Alternative Rock Song of the Year, and Billie and pilots are up for Alternative Rock Artist of the Year. When it comes to Best Rock Artist, the nominees are AC/DC, Five Finger Death Punch, Ozzy Osbourne, Shinedown, and The Pretty Reckless.

Smashing Pumpkins to Celebrate the 30th Anniversary of "Gish"

It may just feel like "Gish" was released yesterday, but The Smashing Pumpkins are getting ready to celebrate its 30th anniversary! 

The celebrations commence on Saturday, May 29 with a 2-hour Livestream with Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin where they will take part in a Q&A and a "Gish" vinyl listening party as well as a world exclusive preview of unreleased music. The Livestream will be available to view for 24 hours. Tickets need to be purchased for this event and select proceeds will be donated to the "PAWS" no-kill animal shelter. 

Other celebrations will be happening at Billy and Chloe Mendel's "Madame ZuZu's tea shop and include limited edition "Gish" merch, posters, art prints, and more. Additional offerings include a "Gish" psychedelic cake and a private collection of "Gish" era memorabilia will be on display.
