Kurt & Courtney's LA House For Sale

Nirvana fans have the chance to live in the same spot Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love once did. Their former home in Los Angeles, California has hit the market for the humble asking price of $998,000.

Why the low price? The house in Hollywood Hills is apparently a “major fixer” after falling “into disrepair.” The place boasts a two-story living room with an open staircase and viewing deck and a great view of Hollywood, but it needs a decent amount of renovations.

Kurt and Courtney moved into the three-bedroom in 1992 after their daughter Frances Bean Cobain was born. It’s unclear how long they lived there, but word is Kurt wrote most of Nirvana’s final album “In Utero” while he was living there. Check out the listing HERE.

Angels & Airwaves Drop New Song

Angels & Airwaves is back in action. Not only are they locking in some tour dates for 2021, they’ve delivered their first song of the year, “Euphoria.”

“In a music world that seems to be absent guitars, angst and emotional authenticity, I felt it was important to lead with a song that mirrors the post-hardcore days of my youth,” says frontman Tom DeLonge. “Where the power of the music creates that feeling we once had as teenagers, where we wanted to break something and change the poisonous environment within our broken home.”

When it comes to the tour dates, Angels & Airwaves will be playing Lollapalooza this year, along with a show at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom on October 23rd, and Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium on November 5th. Check out all their tour dates HERE.
