It's National Pizza Day! A Survey Found Thin Crust Is Now Our Favorite Type
This might be the most unifying stat in America today: A new survey for National Pizza Day found almost EVERYONE eats it, at least sometimes. Over 6,000 people were polled, and only 3% said they never eat pizza. So 97% of us do.
Opinions are split on the best TYPE of pizza though, and first place might surprise you. According to the poll, the most popular type of pizza in 2021 is . . . THIN CRUST.
It got 31% of the vote. Regular crust is next at 29% . . . then deep-dish, 18% . . . pan, 9% . . . Sicilian, 3% . . . and French bread, 2%. Women were slightly more likely to say thin crust, and men were more likely to say deep dish.
The poll also looked at which TOPPINGS we love the most, and hate the most.
The 10 most popular pizza toppings are: Pepperoni . . . sausage . . . mushrooms . . . extra cheese . . . onions . . . peppers . . . bacon . . . olives . . . ham . . . and tomatoes.
The most-HATED toppings are: Anchovies . . . eggplant . . . artichokes . . . broccoli . . . pineapple . . . salami . . . olives . . . spinach . . . mushrooms . . . and onions. (Yes, mushrooms, onions, and olives made both lists.)

Rumored Dunkin’ Spring Menu Leaked
Dunkin’ has been trying to stay relevant with its menu over the last couple of years and has reported a number of online users, the rumors of new items that may be showing up soon have some folks pretty excited. Here’s a list of what may be coming:
·Matcha Topped Donut – glazed donut topped with Matcha powder
·Blueberry Iced Matcha Latte – a latte with Matcha powder and blueberry and milk flavors
·Dunkin’ Avocado Toast – a slice of sourdough toast topped with avocado spread and everything bagel seasoning presented in a box and not a sleeve
·Grilled Cheese Melts – sourdough bread filled with white cheddar and American cheese and a second version featuring ham
·Bacon and Cheese Rollups and Ham and Cheese Rollups – back on the menu and perfect for a light snack
·Blueberry Pomegranate Flavored Dunkin’ Refresher – a perfect way to cool off on a warm Spring afternoon
From all accounts, the rumored Spring menu should start on February 24th and continue until April 27th. The only bad news is that the Matcha Topped Donut will be offered from February 24th until March 23rd and the Blueberry Pomegranate Refresher only appears on March 24th.
