I recently had the opportunity to speak with Chris Cornell's wife Vicki about Chris's last solo CD, "No One Sings Like You Anymore" HERE
That's all the information I had. There were no "rules" laid out for me beforehand what I could and couldn't ask, and I wasn't given any length of time to keep the interview under. I thought this is great. I will ask what I can and see what she is comfortable answering.
I couldn't believe how cool she was. NOTHING was off-limits. She didn't want to say too much about any future Soundgarden music, but other than that, she was very open about everything. WE talked about Chris as a father, how talented the kids are, even Brad Pit comes up as he is working on a Chris Cornell Documentary!
I hope you enjoy the discussion. It runs about 30 min, and I will admit much of it is me gushing over Chris ...after all, he was my all-time favorite lead singer.
