Arctic Monkeys Releasing Live Album

Arctic Monkeys are set to release a new live album this December. The album, out on December 4, was recorded at the band’s 2018 show at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

As with the gig itself, all proceeds from the release of the album will go to War Child, as the band explained in a series of tweets announcing the album.

“On June 7 2018 we played a special show at London’s Royal Albert Hall,” they wrote. “All proceeds from that night were donated to War Child in support of the vital work they do protecting, educating & rehabilitating children who have experienced the trauma of conflict and the horror of war.”

The live LP will be released as a limited edition double clear vinyl with a poster, a standard double black LP, and CD.

Karen O and Willie Nelson Recorded a New Version of "Under Pressure"

Okay, so this is a little weird, but hey, 2020, right? And it's actually pretty cool.

KAREN O from theYEAH YEAH YEAHS and WILLIE NELSON recorded a new cover of"Under Pressure". . . which was originally recorded by Queen and David Bowie, and released in 1981.

Karen says, quote, "Our cover was meant to be more intimate but just as saturated with the power of love.

"I can't listen to this song without tearing up every time Willie comes in, one of the purest voices which of course reflects a pure heart, and I get to sing alongside it. I hope the song brings as much light to the listener as it has to me in dark times."
