Music: Kid Rock Went on a Drunken Tirade Against Oprah at a Bar

Kid Rock Went on a Drunken Tirade Against Oprah at a Bar

KID ROCK went off on a vulgar tirade against OPRAH during a performance at his own Honky Tonk bar in Nashville, inviting her to . . . let's just say, "perform oral sex" . . . sideways. (???)

Not surprisingly, he was HAMMERED. So much so that when he was finished, he had to be helped off stage by some kind of uniformed officer.

He also took aim at JOY BEHAR and KATHIE LEE GIFFORD, but denied he was a racist for hating on Oprah.

To be fair, he may not have said anything racist. But he did make some sort of slurring, half-formed point about Oprah trying to make white women believe . . . something. Which technically doesn't sound NOT racist. But it's hard to understand where he was going with it.

On Friday, he said WHY he doesn't like Oprah . . . quote, "My people tried to get me to do The Oprah Winfrey show years ago and her people wanted me to write down 5 reasons why I loved her and her show. I said [eff] that and her. End of story."

(WARNING: You can see the video here. It's loaded with profanity.)

Marc Jacobs Countersues Nirvana

We previously reported that Nirvana took fashion brand Marc Jacobs to court over one of their t-shirts that looks suspiciously similar to the band’s iconic smiley face logo. Now, Marc Jacobs has sued back, calling the band’s complaint “invalid and unenforceable.”

To recap, the band called the t-shirt’s design “virtually identical or substantially similar” to their design, including the smiley face, the text and colors. Marc Jacobs originally wanted the case thrown out, but didn’t get their way.

In their countersuit, Marc Jacobs claims that surviving Nirvana members David Grohl and Krist Novoselic testified that they were not able to pinpoint the original creator of the design. Once again, the fashion brand is asking that the case be dismissed.
