Music: Motley Crue Make If Official!

Motley Crue Make If Official!

Motley Crue is Getting Back Together . . . And Touring with Def Leppard and Poison Next Year

When MOTLEY CRUE embarked on their farewell tour in 2014, they signed a, quote, "cessation of touring agreement," which supposedly stated that they could never tour again.

Well, that ended up being worth a line of ants going up Ozzy's nose through a straw, because they're going on tour again next year.

They posted a video of that agreement being blown to bits. It's narrated by MACHINE GUN KELLY, who played TOMMY LEE in the Crue movie "The Dirt".

This tour will allow you to get your '80s on BIG TIME, because they're doing stadiums with DEF LEPPARD and POISON. No dates or venues have been announced yet.

Back in 2014, NIKKI SIXX said the only way to void the agreement would be for all four members to agree. But he added, quote, "There are people in this band who will refuse to ever do it again, and you're talking to one of them.

"There is no amount of money that would ever make me do it again because I have such pride in how we're ending it."

You Should Listen to 78 Minutes of Music a Day for Your Mental Health

You should listen to music every day. And according to a new study, you should listen to 78 minutes of it every day.

That's the amount recommended by the British Academy of Sound Therapy for maintaining good mental health. But you can't just listen to one specific type of music. There's actually a formula. You need:

14 minutes of "uplifting" music to feel happy.

16 minutes of "calming" music to feel relaxed.

16 minutes of whatever you choose to overcome sadness.

15 minutes of "motivating" music to aid concentration.

And another 17 minutes of whatever you choose to help manage your anger.

Even though they recommend 78 minutes, 11 minutes a day still has therapeutic benefits, and you can boost your happiness with just FIVE minutes.

Eddie Van Halen Reportedly Out Of Hospital

Eddie Van Halen is reportedly back home after spending several days in a hospital due to complications from his cancer treatment.

Sources close to Eddie say he was admitted to the hospital last week with intestinal issues and abdominal pain, both the result of a bad reaction to the drugs Eddie is reportedly taking to battle throat cancer. He was released Sunday and he is said to be doing fine now.

Last month, Eddie stopped by a McLaren dealership in Beverly Hills and mingled with the sales team, taking pictures and even giving one fan a kiss. A few days later, he was photographed at a spinal neurosurgeon's office in Beverly Hills.

Adam Duritz Shaved Off His Dreads Because He Was Getting Tired of Them

ADAM DURITZ shaved off his iconic dreads earlier this year, and in a new interview . . . (On Sirius XM) . . . he explained why.

He was at a friend's house in England, and he just decided he was TIRED OF THEM.

But now that they're gone, he's worried that he made a mistake. He says, quote, "I have accomplished a lot in my life, and every single bit of it was done with those on my head . . .

"It's entirely possible they're the only reason I can sing well . . . We don't know. Maybe I can no longer make records. But we're going to find out.

"It's entirely possible it has nothing to do with the hair, but Samson probably thought the same thing and look how screwed he ended up."

No Sharks Showed Up To KISS' Show

Paul Stanley-less Kiss performed in broad daylight on the back of a fishing boat in Australia at what Gene Simmons called "probably the most interesting gig I've ever done."

The plan was to use the "low-frequency sounds of rock 'n' roll" to attract sharks to a spot where passengers aboard the glass-bottomed boat could see them, but according to reports, none of the sharks turned up.

The band was forced to cancel the rest of its planned eight-date Australian tour due to Stanley falling ill, but Simmons, lead guitarist Tommy Thayer, and drummer Eric Singer made the trip for the event.

It was just the third time the group had performed without Stanley, who missed a 2007 concert because of a severely elevated heartbeat and a 2016 charity show after suffering a torn bicep.

Paul is said to be recovering from the flu. Kiss is currently scheduled to resume its "End of the Road" farewell tour on December 8 in Sendai, Japan. The band recently announced its last-ever show will take place in its birthplace of New York City on July 17, 2021, at a still-undisclosed location.
