3 Things You Must See: Strapless Flip-Flops !!!

Strapless Flip-Flops !!!

Are These Strapless Flip-Flops Even Nerdier Than Socks-with-Sandals?

Socks-with-sandals finally have some competition. Because this might be the nerdiest footwear ever . . .

Someone on Indiegogo is raising money for a shoe-flip-flop HYBRID called a "Link" shoe that stays on by gripping the sides of your foot. So they don't have straps or laces. But they're pretty bulky.

They're calling them strapless flip-flops. But they basically look like shoes with the top half cut off. And they're supposed to combine all the benefits of both. They breathe well . . . have arch support . . . and they're easier to run in than flip-flops are.

We haven't seen any photos of people wearing them with socks yet. But they say that's also an option.

Not everyone thinks they're dumb though. Almost 900 people have backed the campaign on Indiegogo so far, and they've raised over 73 grand.

They're planning to sell them for $119, but you can get them right now for 69 bucks. Just search for, "Link, The World’s First Flip-Shoe" on Indiegogo.com.

There's a picture going viral right now that LOOKS like a picture of a beach with a storm passing over it.

But it's not.

It turns out it's a picture of a dented CAR DOOR . . . and it's blowing people's minds.

A Stunt Driver Flies Into a Stack of Cars, and Is Okay

A stunt driver named Jumpin' Jake Podann tried and failed to jump over a stack of cars at last Saturday's Eve of Destruction event in Canada. Luckily he only suffered minor injuries, but it sure looks like it could've been worse.

The stunt involves a lineup of seven cars in a row . . . but the second car also has THREE other cars stacked ON TOP of it. So he has to go over the stacked cars first, and then clear the rest of the lineup.

You see him traveling at about 60 miles an hour when he goes up a ramp, through FIRE, and into the air . . . but the nose of his car dips down and he slams into the stack of cars, and then tumbles into the other ones.

According to reports, he was pinned in his car, but he made it out with minor injuries.
