2. Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong Has Released a Non-Green Day EP
GREEN DAY singer BILLIE JOE ARMSTRONG has released a three-song EP with his side project THE LONGSHOT, but not much is known about it, aside from the fact that Billie Joe is involved.
The three songs are titled "Taxi Driver", "Love Is for Losers", and "Chasing a Ghost". The vibe is similar to Green Day but with a slower tempo and lighter touch, like The Replacements.
The Longshot is releasing a full-length album sometime in the near-future. It's called "Love Is for Losers". According to the band's Instagram page, the album will be, quote, "coming eventually sooner or later. Probably sooner."
You can check them out on YouTube.
