(New York, NY) -- Harvey Weinstein has been found guilty on two counts and not guilty on three counts in his sexual assault trial.
A jury consisting of 12 men and women convicted movie tycoon Harvey Weinstein and found him guilty on two of the five criminal charges he faced in his recent New York County trial.
Weinstein is now convicted of criminal sexual assault in the first degree, based on testimony from former Project Runway production assistant Miriam Haley, and rape in the third degree, based on the testimony from one-time aspiring actress Jessica Mann.
