via Realtor.com, 'It's a beautiful home in the upscale coastal neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates in Los Angeles. And the rental price of $8,800 a month is reasonable for the area.
But the home comes with a tragic backstory. It's the home where Linkin Park lead singer Chester Bennington hanged himself in one of the bedrooms.
According to public records, Bennington purchased the 3,956-square-foot house in May 2017 for $2.4 million. He took his own life there in July. In the following weeks, fans left flowers, candles, and messages on the front curb.'
